Dr. Frederick Godley interviews Dr. Lucy Rathier about the use of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help treat migraine and headache diseases.  She explains what the therapy is, what to expect at appointments, how long therapy might last and how it can make a difference in managing your migraine illness.  Dr. Rathier also talks about the patient who had the best outcome possible after using CBT.
